Community Engagement Specialist

Overview SWBC seeks a talented individual to assist with employee engagement, build related events and expense reports, and support administrative tasks. Working directly with senior leaders, you will directly impact employee morale and engagement. Responsibilities Build out employee engagement activities and develop the calendar of events. Assist with on‑site employee engagement events. Administer employee recognition: celebrate work anniversaries, birthdays, holidays, and professional accomplishments. Process expense reports. Assist with client site visits and employee travel. Order and fully stock the break room. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of one year of administrative support or related experience. Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, accurate. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and online computer communications. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and telephone etiquette skills. Strong verbal and written communication with all levels of personnel. Ability to work under occasionally stressful conditions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm. Physical capability to lift 10‑20 lbs, stoop, kneel, or sit for prolonged periods. Local travel to attend or host scheduled or spontaneous events. Benefits Competitive overall compensation package.
