Stoa Group is seeking a full-time housekeeper at our luxury apartment complex in Freeport, FL . Our housekeepers are key to each multi‑family community’s success by keeping apartments like home. You are flexible and able to juggle multiple priorities and interactions with residents and teammates smoothly WHAT YOU'LL DO General Cleaning tasks for vacant and model units, as well as office space and other areas on the property Performs general housekeeping duties in apartment homes for turnarounds, such as: vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and dusting all cleared flat surfaces. Performs general housekeeping duties of hallways and common areas as directed by supervisor. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by the supervisor. Always maintains resident confidentiality. Knowledge Skills and Experience Required Excellent attention to detail Great customer service skills and polite attitude Ability to work quickly and perform quality work under tight deadline PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
