Position Overview MAY Management is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of one of our residential communities. This part‑time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, works well independently, and understands the importance of maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The ideal candidate will be reliable, organized, and capable of completing daily cleaning responsibilities efficiently and professionally. Qualifications Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities Professional and dependable work ethic Ability to lift, bend, stand, and walk for extended periods Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to safely handle cleaning products and equipment Good communication and customer service skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Requirements Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, fitness centers, clubhouses, and other community amenities Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom products as needed Remove trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the property Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management Assist with setup and cleanup for community events when needed Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage of supplies Follow established safety and sanitation procedures Help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness standards of the community Schedule Part‑time position Approximately 26 hours per week Schedule may include mornings, afternoons, and occasional weekends based on community needs What We’re Looking For MAY Management is looking for a hardworking and dependable individual who takes pride in maintaining clean and organized spaces.
