Location: St. Cloud, MN Pay: $24.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with additional hours and overtime as needed

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join a growing operation in St. Cloud, MN. Position Summary

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely moving raw materials, finished goods, and equipment throughout the facility using forklifts and other material handling equipment. This role also supports inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving activities, and general warehouse operations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely move, load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Operate forklifts and may utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Accurately pick, process, and pack customer orders.
• Stock incoming materials, products, and supplies according to inventory requirements.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation and packing lists.
• Complete cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Identify, segregate, and report defective or damaged materials.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation.
• Conduct forklift inspections at the beginning of each shift and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, ISO, and 6S procedures and standards.
• Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes.
• Experience using handheld measuring tools.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and communication.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a forklift.
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely around heavy machinery and moving equipment.
• Ability to perform duties in a physically active warehouse environment.
