Business Analyst - Supply chain

BA – Supply Chain

Location: Mexico (Remote) Duration: 6 Months +

Client Management:

• Lead conversations with the client and develop a deep understanding of the nature of work to share new ideas and opportunity segments
• Communicate with clients and understand their business needs
• Bring in consulting expertise and work closely with the client to identify opportunities for growth and scale the engagement

Technical:

• Project Coordination: Project workflow management for the lifecycle of the project including project initiation, project tracking, risk capturing, and status updates to stakeholders by working closely with the project/program manager; Manage project/resource allocations independently
• Commercial Management: Conduct monthly/periodic activities related to revenue forecast, revenue recognition, finalizing invoice amount and details, monitoring unbilled and outstanding while coordinating with Delivery and Finance team; Deep dive of Financial MIS and reporting, as required
• Compliance and Operations: Ensure delivery is managed efficiently and effectively, in line with relevant policies and standards; Ensure necessary documentation and update of Third-Party Agreements relevant for data usage, Data Security, Policies and Procedures (client specific); Maintain audit trail of relevant information; Be a SPOC for IT related issues for the client teams s/he is supporting; Provide administrative support to team for managing client specific process requirements
• Stakeholder Management: Establish strong rapport with key stakeholders, Senior Business Leaders, IT and Human Capital (HC); Effectively communicate with, influence, and manage stakeholders at all levels, taking account of their levels of influence and interest. This includes identifying, addressing, and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups, using suitable channels for achieving clear outcomes, consensus, and conflict resolution
• Issue Resolution: Use problem-solving methodologies to propose creative solutions to solve operational sporadic and recurring issues related to technology, access, connectivity, allocation, etc.
• Special Projects: Time-to-time lead adhoc projects that helps improve the overall experience for the team and client. Example: Implementing new data security measures, workspace management, setting-up knowledge management portal, implementing workflows
• Other Activities: Create and maintain key MIS reports to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders; Ensuring timely responses to all emails, requests and queries raised by delivery team and enabling functions like Finance, IT, Staffing, Operational Excellence on Operational matters related with the client accounts being supported

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS applications
• Career aspiration should be in project management/Governance
• Good to have MIS reporting/Project Management knowledge
• Education: Graduation (Full time with no breaks)
• Project Management certification is plus (PMP, Prince2)
