Develop and implement OT plans to improve functional abilities and quality of life. Conduct regular re-evaluations, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as needed. Document patient assessments, goals, progress notes, and related information in the charting system. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including nursing, physical therapy, and other rehabilitation and social work staff, to coordinate comprehensive care. Ensure patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance during therapy sessions. Requirements Eligibility to practice Occupational Therapy in the United States. Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility setting. Strong communication and documentation skills. Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment with guaranteed hours. Ability to meet the schedule and duration of the assignment.
