Audit Senior Opportunity | Burbank, CA
We're currently partnered with a highly respected public accounting firm in the Burbank, CA area that is looking to bring on a Senior Auditor to their team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys audit work and is looking to take the next step into a role with more ownership, visibility, and long-term growth—without sacrificing work-life balance.
What you'll be doing:- Leading and performing financial statement audits from start to finish
- Reviewing workpapers and supporting staff on engagements
- Evaluating internal controls and identifying risk areas
- Working directly with clients and communicating audit findings
- Assisting with planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements
- Providing recommendations to improve processes and controls
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3–5 years of audit experience (public accounting preferred)
- CPA (active) OR actively testing with progress made on exams
- Strong understanding of audit procedures and financial reporting
- Ability to lead portions of engagements and mentor junior staff
