Key Responsibilities Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP Perform cost accounting functions including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting Partner with operations to analyze manufacturing costs and improve efficiencies Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen financial reporting Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong background in manufacturing or cost accounting (highly preferred) Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis is a major plus Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Strong Excel and analytical skills Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment ERP system experience preferred (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA track is a plus This organization is actively growing and developing its finance function, creating significant opportunities for advancement.
