What You'll Do:

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on clinical interviews and record reviews
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and mental health evaluations
• Document treatment activities accurately within health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive inmate care
• Support inmates' mental health needs through appropriate interventions

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Valid mental health license
  • U.S. Citizenship (facility clearance requirement, takes approximately 3 weeks)
  • Experience in mental health counseling and assessment
• Preferred:
  • Prior correctional or institutional mental health experience
  • Strong crisis intervention skills

This assignment involves providing mental health evaluations, counseling, and crisis intervention to inmates within a correctional facility.
