Daily Responsibilities: Menu Planning to create innovative and enticing dishes Ensuring Food Quality meets our high standards Implementing Portion Control to manage food costs Utilizing Knife Skills to prepare ingredients with precision Overseeing Back of House operations to maintain efficiency Operating Fryer and Grilling stations effectively Practicing Food Handling and Sanitation protocols Conducting Baking and Food Preparation tasks Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional Quality of Service Managing Food and Beverage inventory Required Skills: Experience in Food Safety and ServSafe Food Handler certification Demonstrated expertise in Catering and Cooking techniques Knowledge of Ordering and Merchandising practices Nice to Have Skills: ServSafe Certified Experience in Food Safety and Sanitation Strong attention to detail Salary and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $58,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
