We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Education and experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program and active PT license in Kansas
• One-year experience in clinical practice required.Prefer home health experience
• Good clinical judgement, strong interpersonal skills, good time management and team work

 

Licensure, registration and certification:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas
• BLS certification required (may be obtained post-employment)
• Must have or immediately obtain BLS
• Valid Drivers license and Vehicle with current Auto insurance
