Manufacturing Technician

Schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM PST Must-Haves High school diploma, Associate's degree, technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience Interest in manufacturing, assembly, mechanical/electrical systems, or technical operations Experience working with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, or similar equipment through work, school, military, internships, hobbies, or vocational training Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow work instructions and processes Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to learn and grow within a long-term career Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Ability to work onsite 5 days per week (Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, testing, or technician-related work Experience in medical devices, robotics, semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or other complex electromechanical equipment environments Understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, SAP, QAD, Camstar, or other manufacturing systems Basic electrical troubleshooting experience, including use of multimeters and other diagnostic tools Associate's degree, vocational training, technical certification, military technical experience, or recent college graduate in a related field Job Description We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Technician who is eager to build a long-term career in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble, test, and support manufacturing operations for advanced electromechanical products Communicate build status, production updates, and issues to team leads and engineers Follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and quality processes Identify problems and assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts Complete accurate documentation related to materials, assemblies, and production activities Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and cross-functional teams to meet production goals Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
