Location: Dayton, OH (Childrens Plaza)

Start Date: ASAP / Negotiable

End Date/Duration: Ongoing

Shift: 8- or 10-hour shifts (0700-1530 or 0700-1730)

Hours/week: 40-50

Employment Type: Full-time

License/Certs: Ohio RN License, CRNA Certification, PALS

Experience: 1+ years preferred; neonatal/pediatric experience a plus

Pay & Benefits

Salary: $250,000 $290,000 per year (depending on experience)

Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus, potential yearly incentive bonus

What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for neonatal, pediatric, and general surgical cases
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop and execute anesthesia plans
• Manage anesthesia during induction, maintenance, and emergence
• Pre-operative assessments and patient monitoring
• Contribute to patient safety and comfort in a high-volume Level 1 Trauma Center
• Work as part of a dedicated team in a busy, state-of-the-art surgical environment
• Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical protocols

What You Need

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification
• Ohio RN licensure
• PALS certification
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Physical and emotional stamina for high-volume pediatric care

Preferred: 1-3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience
