The ideal candidates will have experience in construction defect and other insurance defense lines of business. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience as a licensed lawyer, with at least 3 years in California, and 3 years of construction defect preferred.
