Hourly Pay Range $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department. Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice. Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care. Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care. Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience. What you will need License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required. Education: BSN degree preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification through AHA required. Experience: 1-year current hospital nursing experience required, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, ECRN.
