Procurement RepresentativeLockheed Martin Enterprise Operations South East Material Acquisition Center (SEMAC) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Representative dedicated to the acquisition of mechanical hardware for multiple MFC programs and locations. The position will be responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on Mechanical components.Duties include:Select or recommend subcontractors.Preparation of bid packages.Analyze and evaluate proposals.Perform price analysis, negotiations, Purchase Order (PO) documentation and placement.Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority.Invoice reconciliation and payment.Negotiate and coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts.Work with Program and other areas of the business in matters of Supplier and procurement management.Develop solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of innovation and follow through.This position will require the individual to manage commodities with complex and high volume of purchase requisitions.The ideal candidate is considered a highly proficient supply chain subject matter expert.A strong emphasis on excellent customer service to internal MFC customers.Will actively participate and support implementation of OneLM culture.Basic Qualifications:Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience with specialized training commensurate with assignment.Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR and DFAR.Demonstrated ability to execute and peer review compliant procurement packages.Ability to work autonomously and be accountable for all assignments.Self-motivated and demonstrated sense of urgency.Experience placing and managing Purchase Orders in Procure to S4Hana, SAP, Procure to Pay (P2P), SC Nav, or similar.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.Ability to interact with management, suppliers, LM functions, and other personnel on significant matters, often requiring coordination between functional organizations.Demonstrated business acumen and ability to make sound business based decisions.Ability to think outside the box and bring unique solutions to the table.Ability to multi-task while balancing strategic priorities and recognizing when to escalate.Ability to work on-site.Desired Skills:Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures and MFC Work Instructions.Experience with TINA level purchase orders and commercial item justifications.Experience with non-competitive justifications.Experience executing and definitizing letter contracts.Experience with build-to-print procurements.Cross-functional knowledge of Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing as they relate to PO Placement and Supplier Management.Ability to conduct supplier visits as necessary.Pay Information:GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $81500.00 - $151300.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $72500.00 - $134600.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $65200.00 - $121200.00 Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
