POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of merchandising, operations, and personnel management experience in a retail leadership role within a department, specialty, or airport retail environment. Strong understanding of first‑class customer service principles and operational leadership. Proven ability to lead teams, manage financial performance, and drive operational results in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to analyze operational and financial data to support decision‑making and profitability. Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship‑building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems related to retail management. Ability to work flexible hours in a 7/365 operational environment based on business needs.
