WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

As a part-time Hotel Receptionist, you're the warm and welcoming face of TownePlace Suites West Valley. You start your day with a smile, greeting guests and assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between. Whether you're assigning rooms, handling special requests, or tidying up the front desk area, your attention to detail keeps things running smoothly. You collaborate with your teammates to ensure guest arrivals are seamless, run reports like a pro, and resolve concerns with positivity and care. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN ENTRY-LEVEL HOTEL RECEPTIONIST?

We're looking for someone who can work the morning shift, 2-3 days a week from 6 AM to 2 PM while meeting the following entry-level qualifications:

• Outgoing and friendly personality
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and morning shifts
