Muskingum County, Ohio Are you an experienced Nursing Home Administrator looking for an opportunity to lead, grow, and make a lasting impact? We are seeking a dynamic and established healthcare leader to oversee a senior living campus that provides a full continuum of care, including Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living services. This leadership role offers the unique opportunity to guide operations across an established campus serving residents with varying levels of care needs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving clinical quality, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction. As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will be responsible for operational oversight of a 75+ bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and a 40+ bed Assisted Living community. • Provide strategic and operational leadership for both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living services
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and continuous performance improvement initiatives
• Lead financial management efforts, including budgeting, census growth, and expense control
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and resident-centered care
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
• Partner with clinical leadership to ensure exceptional care delivery and positive resident outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in Ohio or ability to obtain
• Proven leadership experience within Skilled Nursing and/or Post-Acute Care settings
• Demonstrated success managing regulatory compliance, survey performance, census development, and financial operations
• Strong communication, team-building, and relationship-management skills
• Assisted Living leadership experience preferred
• Track record of driving operational excellence and employee engagement
