Remedy Staffing is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers for a metal fabrication facility in Erie, PA .
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and fabrication of metal products
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Perform grinding, deburring, and basic finishing tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
