Job Details

What You'll Do
Design and ship production-ready AI features that solve real customer problems.
Build intelligent document-processing pipelines that extract structured data from complex PDFs and scanned documents.
Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases and semantic search.
Design confidence scoring and validation systems so AI outputs can be trusted-or intelligently routed for human review.
Build AI-powered planning, forecasting, and recommendation engines.
Create conversational AI experiences that ask smart follow-up questions and guide users through complex workflows.
Develop LLM-powered summarization tools that translate complex information into plain English.
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to rapidly prototype and launch new AI capabilities.
Own AI systems from experimentation through production deployment.

What We're Looking For
5+ years building production software.
Demonstrated experience shipping customer-facing AI products-not just prototypes.
Strong Python development skills.
Hands-on experience with:
Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
Prompt Engineering
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Vector Databases
Semantic Search
AI orchestration frameworks
Experience designing AI workflows that balance automation with human review.
Comfortable working with structured and unstructured datasets.
Strong systems thinking and ability to decompose complex business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Startup mindset-you enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and moving quickly.

Bonus Experience
Multi-agent AI systems.
Recommendation engines.
Forecasting or scenario modeling.
FinTech, accounting, tax, financial services, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
Machine learning pipelines from prototype through production.
AI evaluation frameworks and model monitoring.
