Senior Manager, Digital & Omnichannel Marketing (Customer Experience)

Corcept Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager to lead digital and omnichannel marketing strategy focused on customer experience for endocrinology products. The role involves developing marketing automation capabilities, overseeing omnichannel campaign execution, and partnering with internal and agency stakeholders to drive market growth through innovative digital tactics.
Responsibilities
- Guide integration of marketing automation technologies to individualize customer strategy and promotional execution
- Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing automation strategy supporting market growth for endocrinology products
- Identify and share journey orchestration, marketing automation, and digital channel best practices across organization
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agencies to execute omnichannel and ecosystem optimization initiatives
- Manage agency relationships, budget planning, and resource allocation for digital marketing tactics
Requirements
- Expertise in digital and non-personal promotions content management
- Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of digital channel integration, capabilities, and optimization strategies
- Experience managing agency relationships and marketing budgets
- Ability to develop KPIs and translate data insights into strategic recommendations
- Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance requirements for digital content
