Located in the heart of the community, we specialize in scratch-made German cuisine, craft cocktails, and a carefully curated beer and wine selection. Since opening in 2019, we’ve grown into a beloved destination for food enthusiasts and have expanded our offerings to include catering and a food truck serving Germany’s most popular street food. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Barback at Weller's Bistro, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our bar operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting bartenders by restocking and organizing bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Supporting bartenders during service by preparing mixers, cutting garnishes, and keeping the bar fully stocked. Helping with setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after shifts. Collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction. Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Are comfortable with physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying supplies. Share our passion for great food, drinks, and hospitality.
