As a CVOR RN, you will provide direct patient care during cardiac and vascular surgeries, demonstrating expertise in circulating and scrub roles, aseptic technique, and patient safety. Required qualifications include an active RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, and at least two years of recent CVOR or cardiac OR experience. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is necessary.Recommended skills include familiarity with cardiopulmonary bypass procedures, strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with the surgical team.
