Staffing Manager

The Staffing Manager is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure client staffing needs are met with qualified talent. This role sources, screens, interviews, and places candidates while maintaining compliance with company policies and client requirements. The Staffing Manager builds and maintains talent pipelines, coordinates onboarding, monitors recruiting metrics, and develops strong relationships with clients, applicants, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, interview, and recruit qualified candidates
Manage applicant pipelines and maintain recruiting databases
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and new hire documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Track recruiting metrics, fill rates, and hiring activity
Collaborate with operations to meet staffing goals
Represent Bird Staffing with professionalism and exceptional customer service
