We are seeking a Vibration Technician in our Taylor, MI location. On the job training will be provided as required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. What You’ll Do Work closely with our senior vibration technician to test and analyze spindles, ensuring vibration levels are within tolerance and set up run-off for finished product Analyze vibration data to determine fault frequencies of bearing systems Perform field balancing as required Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site vibration analysis Why You’ll Love Working for Us Industry-competitive salary with bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision insurance 401K match Upward mobility opportunities Training opportunities What We Need from You High School Diploma or equivalent; electro-mechanical associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus Certified in vibration analysis. Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred Proficiency with Emerson (CSI) 2120/2130/2140 is preferred Ability to read blueprints, precision measure devices and knowledge of bearing assemblies Knowledge of servo spindle drives is considered a plus Strong mechanical understanding of industrial equipment Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Effective communication skills (oral / written) No lifting restrictions We are an equal opportunity employer M/F/V/D.
