You're the face of the hotel, making every interaction feel effortless and inviting. Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja. If you love turning first impressions into lasting memories, this is your moment to shine.
Key Skills/Responsibilities
- Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether it's a quick question or a big request, you're all about making their stay unforgettable.
- Communication Champ: You know how to get the message acrossclearly, confidently, and with a smile. Whether it's chatting with guests or coordinating with the team, you keep things flowing smoothly.
- Quick-Thinking Problem Solver: When challenges pop up, you're already on it. You think fast, act smart, and turn potential hiccups into happy endings.
- Multitasking Marvel: Juggling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details? No problem. You keep it all organized and running like clockwork.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

PROPERTY INFORMATION: Welcome to our Hyatt Place Louisville East hotel near Louisville Convention Center. Our prime location is a short drive from all the Louisville area has to offer including Kentucky Exposition Center and Churchill Downs. Our modern and spacious guestrooms feature contemporary dcor and deluxe amenities. We have so many great hotel amenities including free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, fitness center, and on-site dining. Guests can wake up to breakfast served fresh every day. They can start their morning with cage-free eggs, steel-cut oatmeal, whole fruit, all-natural bacon and sausage, and more. We offer a caffeine fix in the AM and a cocktail at the bar in the PM.
