We offer:
- Hourly starting rate of $19.00/hr. with a $1 per hour Shift Differential for 3rd shift
- Monthly production bonus.
- 1st and 3rd Shift: Monday-Thursday; 1st: 6:00 am-2:30 pm; 3rd: 7:30pm-6am. Overtime is available.
- Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K with Match after 30 days
- PTO after 90 days
- Unscheduled Paid Time Off
- Perfect Attendance Bonus of $1 /hr.
- Pay progression as new skills are developed.
Essential Duties:
- Follow Standard Work Instructions at all times.
- Stand 8-12 hours per shift.

- Able to lift 25-40 pounds.
- Great Attendance and Punctuality
- Excellent Work Ethic
- Make rate per operation while maintaining Safety, Quality, and 5S requirements

- Overall Performance (skill, ability, attitude, attendance, punctuality, and basic work ethic).
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Reliable transportation / Live within walking distance
