As a General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, deliver exceptional guest service, and drive the success of our restaurant.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of food quality and guest service
- Manage restaurant staff and ensure quality of service
- Handle complaint resolution and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage costs and ensure profitability of the restaurant
Required Skills:
- Restaurant management experience
- Food and beverage management knowledge
- Strong decision-making skills
- Experience with cost management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- ServSafe Certified
- Experience with food safety and sanitation
- Knowledge of retail operations
- Accounting experience
- Experience with interviewing and hiring
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $40,000.00
Maximum Salary: $50,000.00
