Dual Director of Sales, Hawthorne-LA Based About this position Hotel Equities, one of the top hotel development and management companies in the industry, is currently searching for a motivated Dual Property Director of Sales at Courtyard by Marriott and TownePlace Suites Hawthorne! Leading revenue generation efforts across a portfolio of 7+ branded hotels within the Marriott, Hilton, or comparable segments. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in an active selling environment while driving strategy, accountability, and performance across multiple assets. NOT a remote position and based in Southern California What You’ll Do Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives across a multi-property portfolio to achieve and exceed revenue goals Actively sell and maintain a strong personal book of business across BT, group, and local negotiated segments Partner closely with General Managers and Revenue Leaders to align pricing, positioning, and market strategy Analyze market trends, STR reports, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and mitigate risks Drive top‑line revenue through proactive prospecting, account development, and relationship management Coach, mentor, and hold property‑level sales teams accountable to performance metrics and activity goals Ensure consistent use and optimization of sales systems and tools across all properties Represent the portfolio in the local market, industry events, and key client engagements What You Bring Proven success in a multi-property sales leadership role within Marriott, Hilton, or comparable hotel brands Strong working knowledge and hands‑on experience with Delphi, STS, FOSSE, PEP, and MARSHA Demonstrated ability to actively sell while leading a team—this is not a purely administrative role Deep understanding of the Southern California market, including Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and surrounding areas Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment Why This Role Opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio in a high‑demand, high‑visibility market Autonomy to shape strategy while remaining actively engaged in selling Collaborative culture with strong operational and revenue support Competitive base salary with performance‑based incentives Company Culture Hotel Equities is an award‑winning hospitality company with a diverse culture and a unique environment that empowers our team to exceed guests' expectations and make a distinct difference in people's lives.
