Tax Senior Manager/Director – Venice, FL The Innovative CPA Group is looking for a Tax Senior Manager/Director to join our team in our Venice, FL location. We leverage the latest technology to streamline our workflow, thereby improving the service to our clients.  Essential Responsibilities: Manage and review complex individual and business tax returnsPerform and review tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individualsPerform tax and accounting research with the aid of research tools and communicate with partners and/or clientsManage and build strong business client relationships, including running engagementsManage a team of Tax professionalsWhat You'll Bring: 7+ years of experience in a public accounting firmBachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or relevant field requiredCPA license is a plusExperience with CCH programs is a plusKnowledge of QuickBooks, Microsoft Office programs, etc. Professional and effective oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilitiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to work well within a team environmentExperience in training, developing, mentoring, and overseeing/managing staffIntegrity, accountability, and confidentialityExcellent analytical, organizational skills, and attention to detailPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative spiritWhat You'll Love About Us:Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience401(k) plan with employer matchPaid health insurance for Employees with dependent/spouse coverage at employee cost4 weeks of vacationGreat work environmentFlexible work hoursOpportunity for hybrid schedule Business casual attire
