Human Resources Business Partner

KI is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team! This position will be on-site at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. Responsible for supporting & enhancing assigned business units with Human Resource solutions including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation management and more.Responsibilities Generate and lead continuous improvement initiatives with a positive, enthusiastic approach.
