Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit - Travel Registered Nurse- $1850 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Colorado license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - Continental Division.

Additional Details:

Preferred Skills/Experience: - Ortho/trauma background preferred. - Medical/Surgical background acceptable and welcomed.

Unit Details: - Patient-free charge nurse with PCT support for approximately 10-11 patients on day and night shift. - Patient ratios: 1:5 on days and nights when possible, max 1:6. - Uses some lifts for mobility, chest tubes, Hemovac drains, wound vacs, JP drains, PCA, and Foley catheters. - Typical procedures include drain removal and PICC line placements with the infusion team.
