With a unique culture of entrepreneurship, enthusiasm, and resilience we organize around goal focused teamwork and transparent accountability to achieve our successes.We are currently seeking a dynamic Director of Patient Access to join our growing organization.YOUR PURPOSEThe Director of Patient Access will manage the day-to-day operations of the Patient Access Program (PAP) to ensure flawless execution and development of the highest quality program. They will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Intake and Case Managers. They will be the PAP subject matter expert responsible for creating and tracking metrics for the success of the program and implementing early warning signs that help optimize efficiencies. The job function will also support payor strategy through activities as needed.WHAT YOU WILL DOStay up to date on regulatory and compliance requirements ensuring the department adheres to all relevant standardsIdentify areas for improvement and implement new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experienceTrack KPIs and report on the program's performance to executive leadership using SalesforceManage the program's budget and ensure efficient allocation of resourcesPartner with various field-based teams to gather continuous insight into market dynamics affecting MISHA reimbursement coverageEnsure the accuracy and integrity of patient dataManage and monitor Intake and Case Manager activity to ensure team members are complying with Moximed's policies and proceduresInspire and guide team members towards achieving company goals and objectivesIdentify skill gaps and provide opportunities for developmentSet clear expectations, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluationsWHAT WE REQUIREEducation and TrainingBachelor's degree, life sciences preferred8+ years of healthcare patient access experience in the medical device industry; domain experience preferred5+ years of leadership experience within a Patient Access Program directly managing multiple Case ManagersTechnical RequirementsStrong understanding of the commercial insurance landscape and relevant reimbursement processes; a solid understanding of public payor programs, e.g. CMS, including coverage, coding, and payment policiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills; confidence speaking in public, to groups and virtually; must be confident, articulate, and have professional speaking abilitiesUnderstanding of medical and clinical research methods and publication interpretation with ability to use evidence to support value propositionStrong business acumen, analytical skills, and experience working with various internal business partners (especially Sales, Marketing, Clinical, xhyhwjd Regulatory, Legal, and Sales Operations staff) to provide insight into key economic and reimbursement issuesAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with ASC and HOPD leaders and physician customersAbility to work in fast-paced environment experiencing double-digit growth month over monthFluent in Salesforce; able to develop, program, and execute ad hoc reportsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, especially presentation development and deliveryAbility to understand and meet operations needs and special requestsAbility to be available some evenings & weekends to participate in Company webinarsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeAt Moximed we believe that the unique contributions of all our team members create our success.
