Western States Lodging & Management is hiring an experienced, driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales across three Ogden hotels-Home2 Suites, Tru by Hilton, and Hilton Garden Inn. You'll oversee market growth, revenue generation, and community partnerships, working in a fast-paced, multi-property environment where daily travel between hotels is part of the rhythm.Compensation & Benefits:$60,000–$70,000 base (DOE) + performance-based bonusMedical, dental, visionLife insurance401(k) with company contributionHealth Savings Account (HSA) optionPaid time off and paid holidaysTravel reimbursement between propertiesHotel and employee discountsWHAT YOU'LL LEAD AS OUR HOTEL SALES MANAGER:Drive occupancy & revenue across all three propertiesDevelop local business relationships and manage key accountsKeep sales pipelines strong for each hotelRespond rapidly to leads, conduct site tours, and negotiate contractsMaintain accurate CRM activity and reportingPartner with the Area Director of Sales and General Managers to align group, corporate, and transient strategiesLead community outreach, attend local events, and implement marketing that boosts visibility and revenueCollaborate with operations to ensure rooms are tour-ready and site visits run smoothlyHow Success Is Measured:A healthy, active pipelineGrowth in group and corporate businessIncreased occupancy across the portfolioStrong inquiry-to-booking conversionProgress in account development, community outreach, and marketing impactWHAT YOU'LL BRING (REQUIRED):Bachelor 's degree in business, hospitality, or related field-or equivalent experience5+ years in hospitality sales or sales leadershipClear track record of meeting/exceeding goalsExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with MS Office and CRM systemsAbility to travel between properties dailyPreferred:Hilton brand experienceMulti-property or regional hospitality sales experienceOur ideal Hotel Sales Manager is a self-motivated professional who builds community relationships, works independently, and delivers results.
