Bilingual Account Manager

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Staffing Support Associate to assist with daily operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring adequate staffing coverage across shifts and supporting recruiting efforts to meet production demands.

This company is the largest full-service distributor of hardcover, trade and paperback books.

Bilingual Account Manager Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 19.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:00pm)

Assist with daily associate check-in for day and swing shifts.
Monitor attendance and ensure proper staffing levels are met
Support recruiting efforts, including sourcing and onboarding candidates
Help ensure the client has enough associates to meet production and project goal.

Bilingual Account Manager Qualifications:

Strong communications and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Must have reliable transportation
Bilingual
