Mid-Market Account Manager

Lead a customer outreach process involving calls and emails to build and manage external customer relationships with continued account support Work with existing customers to build brand awareness and increase usage and advertising spend on Reddit Use training resources to stay current on product knowledge Use data to manage, review, and report on pipeline to the manager weekly, including a forecast and plan to achieve targets Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM Build and manage internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships Prepare and run monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reviews with internal MarketStar peers and leadership Use data to drive planning and success Provide customer sentiment insights, product feedback, and key industry learnings internally and externally Requirements Strong time and project management organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites Demonstrated ability to build relationships Strong written and verbal presentation skills Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to change Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred Previous experience with account management or prior experience in sales or technology preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong account management capabilities with a focus on customer outreach, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making.
