As an Events Assistant, you will collaborate closely with senior event coordinators to support the seamless delivery of a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and community events.

  Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to completion.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Support the creation and distribution of event materials such as invitations, programs, and signage.
  • Manage event registrations and respond to attendee inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Help with logistics including setup, breakdown, and on-site support during events.
  Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
