Requirements The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting restaurant operations, developing team members, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This position partners with the General Manager to oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, drive sales, maintain operational standards, and foster a culture of accountability and hospitality. What You'll Do: Lead Daily Operations Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. Help ensure smooth execution of both front-of-house and back-of-house functions. Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, food quality, and operational consistency. Assist in driving restaurant performance through strong leadership and execution. Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences Create memorable guest experiences through active floor leadership and guest engagement. Perform table touches and address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Lead by example in delivering outstanding hospitality and Over-the-Top Service. Ensure every guest leaves with a positive impression of the Tacos & Tequila Cantina brand. Develop & Coach the Team Assist with recruiting, training, coaching, and developing restaurant team members. Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment. Support initiatives that improve retention, performance, and career growth. Drive Sales & Business Results Partner with restaurant leadership to implement strategies that grow sales and profitability. Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Support inventory management, ordering, and operational controls. Help ensure labor, food, and operating costs are managed effectively. Uphold Safety & Brand Standards Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary, and accident-free environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards. Support proper cash handling, inventory controls, and operational processes.
