Seven Healthcare are seeking a dynamic and skilled RN specialized in MedSurg/Tele for a travel assignment in Shelby, NC. This role involves working in a fast-paced, observation environment managing patients with varied diagnoses including Cardiac, Respiratory, and Neuro. Candidates must possess strong Med/Tele skills and the ability to manage a diverse patient load efficiently.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide comprehensive care for patients with various diagnoses including cardiac and respiratory issues
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips
• Perform medical/surgical procedures such as wound care and IV starts
• Maintain effective communication with interdisciplinary team members
• Adapt to fast-paced environment and adjust patient care plans accordingly

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• At least 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
• Minimum of 6 months experience with EPIC EMR
