Thoroughly evaluate patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using established assessments and observational analysis.

Create tailored treatment plans that cater to both immediate objectives and ongoing communication, cognitive, or swallowing needs.

Deliver individualized speech therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, language skills, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families to design cohesive approaches to patient care.

Facilitate educational opportunities for patients and families to maintain progress beyond clinical settings.

Conduct periodic inpatient evaluations and therapies as needed, ensuring seamless transitions in the continuum of care.

Maintain diligent and timely documentation in adherence to state, federal, and organizational standards.

Keep abreast of advancements in the field through continuing education and peer engagement.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based methodologies applicable to all age groups, with a profound comprehension of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Adept at adjusting therapy techniques to accommodate various cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
