Field Foreman $24 Hr

Red Coats, Inc., one of the largest cleaning companies, is hiring a full‑time Field Foreman for the Central/North Florida region. The Field Foreman reports to the Regional Manager and is responsible for operations, employee relations, and customer relations. Responsibilities Assist the Regional Manager with operations across the assigned region. Conduct physical inspections of all accounts, ensuring regular visits and proper reporting. Maintain standards of appearance and performance of cleaning staff at all client locations. Ensure compliance with contract deliverables and work with supervisors to meet them. Provide direct supervision to cold‑start accounts that lack on‑site supervision. Establish and maintain productive customer contacts, returning calls promptly. Respond rapidly to customer issues, document resolutions, and review with supervisors when applicable. Support regional managers, account managers, and site supervisors as needed. Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office. Perform carpet cleaning, scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing of surface floors as required. Train Floor Tech workers to operate and maintain equipment and attachment tools. Operate and maintain all floor cleaning and finishing equipment, including buffers, burnishers, water extraction machines, and carpet cleaning equipment. Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintenance. Prepare activity and personnel reports. Inspect equipment and attachment tools for quality. Ensure site contractual obligations, company policies, and procedures are followed. Perform additional duties as required. Financial Management Assist in controlling labor, overtime, non‑billed labor, vacation/time off, uniform, supply, and equipment expenses. Manage time‑keeping software for job modifications and job‑start processes. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English. Must pass a background check. Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Have at least one year of commercial floor‑care experience. Be able to operate high‑speed and low‑speed buffers and burnishing equipment. Show ability to train others. Have customer service experience. Display attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping. Maintain high quality standards and strong leadership skills. Possess strong communication skills and ability to take direction. Function in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively.
