Senior Account Executive – Workday HealthcareLocation: Remote, USTerritory: West of the MississippiPreferred Location: Central USWe are partnering with a leading HR and workforce consulting organisation to identify a Senior Account Executive to join its growing Workday Healthcare practice.This is a senior sales role focused exclusively on the Healthcare sector, with responsibility for driving both net-new Workday business and expansion across the existing customer base.The successful candidate will have a strong track record selling Workday solutions into Healthcare organisations and will be comfortable managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles and engaging C-suite stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive net-new Workday sales opportunities across the Healthcare sectorExpand relationships and revenue within the existing Workday customer baseOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity development through negotiation and closeDevelop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders, including CHROs, CIOs and CFOsIdentify and develop strategic opportunities across Workday HCM and related solutionsLead complex proposals, RFPs and commercial negotiationsDevelop strategic account plans and build a strong pipeline across the assigned territoryWork closely with Workday consultants, client leaders and internal delivery teams to develop and position solutionsArticulate the business value of Workday and broader HR transformation solutions to senior business stakeholdersConsistently achieve and exceed sales targetsRequirementsProven experience selling Workday solutionsStrong sales experience within the Healthcare industryEstablished relationships and network within the Healthcare marketDemonstrated success generating net-new business and expanding existing accountsExperience managing complex enterprise sales cyclesProven ability to engage and influence C-suite decision-makersStrong understanding of Workday HCM and the wider Workday ecosystemExperience selling into medium and large enterprise organisationsStrong negotiation, presentation and commercial skillsTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience working with a Workday Partner is highly desirableCandidates based in the Central US are preferred due to the territory covering West of the MississippiWhat’s on Offer$165,000-$175,000 base salaryPerformance-based incentivesRemote workingSenior-level opportunity within an established Workday Healthcare practiceOpportunity to drive both new business and expansion across an established customer baseIf you are an experienced Workday sales professional with a strong Healthcare background and a proven track record of enterprise sales success, we would like to hear from you.Darwin Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Luchian Van Der Merwe
