X-Ray Technologist Radiology

Title: X-Ray Technologist Radiology

Requirements:

• ARRT (R) certification
• BLS certification
• Valid state license
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Trauma Level I and II experience
• OR experience
• Experience in general radiography (chest, abdomen, spine, extremities)
• Portable/bedside imaging and trauma imaging skills
• Experience in ICU, ED, and pediatric/NICU environments
• C-arm / O-ARM experience
• Knowledge of PACS and contrast media preparation/administration
• IV skills and knowledge of radiation safety

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as per established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment properly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Assist with quality control and maintenance of imaging equipment.

Compliance / Notes:

• Pre-approved time off: 2 days per contract.
• Compliance documents are due the Monday prior to start date.
• Must provide the last four digits of SSN at submission.
