Look past immediate constraints to paint a compelling future for how commercial information integrates seamlessly into conversational and multimodal user journeys. Materialize ambitious concepts through advanced prototyping (including code, system prompting, and high-fidelity interaction design). Set the bar for experiential quality, proving the viability of new interaction models before they enter production. Lead experimentation for a wide variety of novel ad formats. You will identify user needs, propose hypothesis-driven designs, and iterate rapidly based on live experiments and research insights. Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership across Engineering and Product. You will navigate matrixed organizations to driveconsensus, advocating the user perspective.
