Labor Relations Administrator

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a Labor Relations and Human Resources team. This position will focus on data entry, document management, filing, record maintenance, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable handling sensitive information, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications. This will also be a 4x10 work schedule, so this individual will need to be okay working Monday-Thursday onsite, with a three day weekend!
Key Responsibilities
- Complete accurate and timely data entry assignments.
- Sort, organize, file, and maintain departmental documents and records.
- Enter and update information in specialized computer systems and internal databases.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical records.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, tracking, and distribution.
- Support the Labor Relations and Human Resources teams with day-to-day administrative needs.
- Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Protect confidential and sensitive employee or labor relations information.
- Follow established recordkeeping procedures and departmental processes.
