This position is based onsite at our outpatient office in Frisco, Texas, where we cultivate a supportive and collaborative atmosphere among our staff. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial patient histories and perform detailed physical examinations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of patients' health issues.
• Develop, document, and communicate individualized plans of care, following up to monitor patient screenings and preparations effectively.
• Perform daily patient rounds to evaluate ongoing treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
• Prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, and schedule diagnostic procedures to facilitate accurate health assessments.
• Analyze laboratory and test results, providing timely feedback to patients and their families regarding their health status.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other providers to foster a team-oriented approach to patient care.
• Prepare discharge summaries, ensuring patients understand prescriptions, follow-up appointments, and post-discharge instructions.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement activities by assessing and evaluating patient care processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Radiant Life Gynecology serves a diverse population of women ranging from adolescents to seniors. Your role will encompass addressing various health issues pertinent to women's health, including adolescence-related concerns, reproductive health, pregnancy, menopause, and chronic conditions. Your ability to connect with patients and understand their unique needs is vital to providing exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current national board certification in a relevant specialty area.
• Valid Texas Nurse Practitioner license and Registered Nurse license, with adherence to state regulations.
• Strong clinical acumen and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in a Women’s Health or related field, demonstrating proficiency in women's healthcare.
• Experience working in a collaborative healthcare setting is desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient encounters and care effectively.
