Regional Sales Director

This is an exciting time to join our team as we are expanding and seeking a dynamic, proven sales expert who can help guide our sales teams in a portfolio of assets in the Arizona market.This position would be based out of our offices in Mesa, AZ and must have flexibility to travel the state to visit multiple communitiesThe Regional Director of Sales cultivates and maintains quality relationships with referral sources, clients and staff members. This role is responsible for helping multiple communities in our company’s portfolio build or maintain maintain a desired census, communicate and interact with the outside community, conduct marketing programs, and plan and implement marketing events.Come join the Avista team today and start making an impact in the lives of our residents and staff!Benefits:Competitive salary with bonus structurePaid time offFull benefits package with health, dental, vision, and life insuranceEmployee Assistance Program that includes free counseling for all employeesCareer and Job mentorshipResponsibilities:Travels within the region to collaborate with senior leadership and area teams to develop a strategic Sales & Marketing Plan in growing new and/or underperforming communitiesAssess needs and issues that arise during community lease-up and develop resolutions or recommend specific strategies and plans to improve Sales & Marketing efficiency and performance of sales teamWorks with local sales teams to evaluate the Sales & Marketing Plans for the region to ensure the communities generate enough leads to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy goalsIdentifies market needs and trends, maintains knowledge of competitor business practices and market reach within the region to determine effective business development plans for each communityDevelop professional business partnerships for the region that would drive traffic to the local communitiesParticipate in the evaluation and analysis of market source statistics and provide recommendations to the overall business development plan for the communities to maximize referral potentialProvides sales support within the region as needed when the community has an open sales position or during the recruitment process of new communitiesConducts sales training and sessions with sales teams as needed to support region business development strategiesAssist with onboarding and sales training of new sales team members as needed within the regionQualifications:5 years of sales and marketing related experience in the senior living industryIdeal candidate will possess strong organizational, administrative and communication skillsDemonstrated success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the senior living community industry and in all job duties listed aboveAwareness of senior living community resources and needs, senior living services and cost structures, knowledge of related services available throughout the surrounding region and awareness of the competition and their ratesWillingness to travel #J-18808-Ljbffr Avista Senior Living
