Family-owned with a long-standing reputation for quality products since 1930, we foster a family-oriented, team-focused culture and remain committed to helping our coworkers grow as we continue to expand.Specific Job FunctionsOperation of CNC Lathe.Setup Haas bar feed.Setup Haas bar chuck.Operate Haas dual spindle efficiently.Light maintenance of CNC machines.Collection and data entry of production tracking into company computers.MachiningPrecision MachiningPrecision MeasurementInspection of product.Packaging product.Cleaning/De-burring of product.Other machine operations.Troubleshoot machining problems.Program editing.Operation of forklift.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.Duties as required.QualificationsCNC Program EditingCNC Set-up.General machine operation.General quality systems.General inspection practices.Ability to read blueprints/part prints.Ability to use calipers, micrometers, gauges and other measuring tools.Visual inspection.Language SkillsComprehend, communicate, follow, and instruct oral and written instructions.Education and/or Experience3-6 years of experience in CNC Machining as per noted job functions and qualifications with responsibility for inspecting their product; or any combination of education, training, and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.Mathematical SkillsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, divide, solve simple equations and calculate percentages.
