2 Dr/ 4 Assistant/ 3 RDH/ 4 Business Team member practice finds ourselves seeking our next new teammate! Until then, we need your help to support our fabulous patients with their hygiene. One hour recares, 1.5 hour SPRs. If you haven't taken a shift at our practice, we ask that you ARRIVE EARLY to prep for your day. Lunch from 12-1.

What Does a Dental Hygienist Do?
As a Dental Hygienist at Toothio, your responsibilities include conducting initial patient screenings, performing teeth cleaning (such as plaque removal), and providing guidance on oral health and preventative care. Collaborate with dentists to determine treatments for teeth or gum diseases.
We're looking for reliable individuals capable of building trust with patients of all ages, possessing deep knowledge of health and safety rules and a keen eye for oral diseases and anomalies.
If you have steady hands and an excellent bedside manner, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Ensure patients are at ease before examinations
- Properly sterilize dental instruments
- Conduct initial mouth screenings and review oral health history
- Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
- Clean and protect patients' teeth (e.g., remove plaque or apply fluoride)
- Educate patients on proper teeth care, demonstrating good brushing techniques
- Provide post-operation instructions to patients
- Take X-rays or dental impressions
- Assist dentists in selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases, including oral cancer
- Maintain documentation and charts for each patient
- Monitor supplies
